We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sonrava Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, providers, and brokers/agents.



Responsibilities:



  • Interact with other departments to resolve patient and/or doctor inquiries


  • Assist in training new Customer Service representatives


  • Answer inbound telephone calls from members, providers, brokers/agents, and potential clients


  • Provide information to members regarding dental benefits and provider network


  • Provide eligibility information to provider network


  • Coordinate emergency care (out-of-area and specialist referrals)


  • Interact with other departments to resolve patient and/or doctor inquiries


  • Coordinate Language Assistance Program requests


  • Clerical duties and/or projects as assigned

Qualifications:



  • Good verbal and written communication skills


  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in a Call Center environment
