Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Advocate to join our team at Care New England Health System. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist registered nurses in direct patient care, focusing on activities of daily living and creating a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in group activities and provide support to patients with mental health and developmental needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a social science or comparable behavioral health experience.
  • Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • CNA license preferred, with a 2% pay differential available for active license holders.
Work Schedule

20/40 part-time days, every other weekend.
