Front Desk Coordinator

As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families. Your strong organizational skills, dependability, and ability to multitask and work independently will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
• Greet patients and families, provide directions, and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, procedures, and tests.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
