Hospital Security Account Manager

Job Summary:
Allied Universal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Security Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site, managing a team of security officers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to protect people and property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of security officers to ensure the delivery of exceptional security services
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees to ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate and manage security operations, including scheduling, payroll, and training
- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to security officers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience
- At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees, and client requirements on an ongoing basis
