About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our Growth team at Atlassian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying strategies to attract and convert new customers to our flagship products.

You will play a lead role in supporting other Product Managers across defining strategy, delivery of outcomes, and improving craft. Your expertise in data literacy will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Maintaining a customer-centric approach, you will focus on the impact across our existing customer base and explore opportunities to reach new customers. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of experimentation-driven culture, rapid iterations, testing, and learning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert new customers to Atlassian's flagship products
  • Support other Product Managers in defining strategy, delivery of outcomes, and improving craft
  • Drive data literacy and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach and focus on the impact across our existing customer base and new customers
  • Succeed in a matrixed and experimentation-driven culture, with an emphasis on rapid iterations, testing, and learning
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product or related experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience is a plus
  • Set clear strategy, with audacious goals, for your portfolio that provides the team with direction and inspiration
  • Success in developing, mentoring, and growing other Product Managers
  • Achieve excellent outcomes by guiding work across different crafts
  • Experimentation or iterative shipping experience in designing tests, summarizing test results, and building frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
  • Creative product brainstorming experience to apply growth tactics to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
What We Offer

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. Our baseline pay range is higher than the typical market range, but we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800

Zone B: $171,400 - $228,500

Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700
