Salary and Benefits: The annual base salary range for this position is $106,300.00 - $175,400.00. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and wellness programs.

Job Description: As an Account Executive Officer (AEO) for Inland Marine, you will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. You will be responsible for managing the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate in difficult situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and six to eight years of relevant underwriting experience are required. Experience in inland marine is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of inland marine products, regulatory environment, and local insurance market is essential. CPCU designation is also desirable.
