Sales Conversion Specialist

Job Summary: D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Internet Sales Specialist to join their Sales and Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads with potential for sales
  • Produce monthly sales and marketing reports
  • Generate new customer opportunities through prospecting and lead development
  • Coordinate mass mailing lists and mail materials to prospective clients
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or one to three years related experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
