Position Overview

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into loyal customers. Your main focus will be on finalizing sales and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.

Responsibilities
  • Relentlessly engage leads throughout the extended sales cycle, ensuring successful bookings and conversions.
  • Become a subject matter expert and thought leader for HIP, mastering our competitive advantages and defining what makes us unique in the marketplace.
  • Handle objections with confidence and turn them into opportunities for further engagement, showcasing HIP's value.
  • Reignite cold leads by scheduling appointments with qualified prospects.
  • Follow up through multiple channels to ensure no lead is left behind.
  • Own your calendar and confirm appointments for a seamless experience.
  • Track daily wins in the CRM to refine your approach and optimize sales processes.
  • Create and manage contracts through PandaDoc, ensuring every detail is right.
  • Push for better results by continuously reviewing and enhancing your sales efforts.
  • Be available for evening and weekend calls when needed.
  • Attend sales huddles and weekly team meetings to stay connected and maintain momentum.

  • Skyrocket sales revenue and retention by hitting monthly targets and setting up new sales for long-term success.
  • Revive and re-engage leads during slow periods to pump up the pipeline.
  • Master CRM management by keeping the CRM updated in real-time.
  • Smash KPIs by consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Fuel team success by being a powerhouse in sales meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Be always ready to stay flexible and available during evenings and weekends when needed.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for the dental and orthodontic field, either as an expert or willing to learn.
  • Have 2-5 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of closing deals, especially in high-volume or seasonal environments.
  • Be a master negotiator, able to persuade and negotiate opportunities into wins.
  • Be a quick problem solver, able to assess customer needs fast and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to make every interaction smooth and impactful.
  • Be an active listener, tuned in to what customers are saying to fully understand their concerns.
  • Have experience with CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions with precision.
  • Be disciplined and detail-oriented, with a systems mindset that thrives on consistent, accurate efforts.
  • Be sales-driven, laser-focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets, and love a challenge.
  • Be self-motivated and a go-getter, proactive in closing deals without waiting for instructions.
  • Be a time management pro, able to prioritize tasks and manage time like a boss, especially during peak seasons.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, thriving in changing environments and always ready to pivot when priorities shift.
  • Be an analytical problem-solver, using strong analytical skills to address and overcome customer objections with ease.
  • Be a team player, working seamlessly with the sales team and other departments.
  • Be ready for anything, flexible and available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Have a high school diploma, and a degree in business or a related field is a bonus.

Compensation
  • $90,000-$200,000 (commission only)
