Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads throughout the extended sales cycle to ensure successful conversions and customer loyalty.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the dental and orthodontic field, mastering our competitive advantages and defining what sets us apart in the marketplace.
  • Handle objections with confidence and turn them into opportunities for further engagement, showcasing HIP's value.
  • Reignite cold leads and follow up through multiple channels to ensure no lead is left behind.
  • Own your calendar and confirm appointments to provide a seamless experience for every lead.
  • Track your daily wins in the CRM to refine your approach and optimize sales processes.
  • Create and manage contracts through PandaDoc, ensuring every detail is right and ready for success.
  • Push for better results by continuously reviewing and enhancing your sales efforts to hit your targets and exceed expectations.
  • Be available for evening and weekend calls when needed, as closing deals knows no time limits.
  • Be a team player and attend all sales huddles and weekly team meetings to stay connected and keep the momentum going.

  • Smash your KPIs by meeting and exceeding your targets consistently, showing off your production mindset and unstoppable drive to surpass goals.
  • Fuel team success by being a powerhouse in sales meetings and coaching sessions, helping to refine strategies and push the team to the next level.
  • Be always ready to stay flexible and available during evenings and weekends when needed to keep leads engaged and conversions rolling in.

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for the dental and orthodontic field, either as an expert or someone ready to learn.
  • Have a proven track record of sales success, with 2-5 years of experience in high-volume or seasonal environments.
  • Be a master negotiator who can persuade and negotiate, turning opportunities into wins.
  • Be a quick problem solver who can assess customer needs fast and deliver tailored solutions that hit the mark.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to make every interaction smooth and impactful.
  • Be an active listener who can tune in to what customers are saying, ensuring you fully understand their concerns before offering solutions.
  • Have experience with CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions with precision.
  • Be disciplined and detail-oriented, with a systems mindset that thrives on consistent, accurate efforts.
  • Be sales-driven, laser-focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets, and love a challenge.
  • Be self-motivated and a go-getter, proactive in closing deals without waiting around for instructions.
  • Be a time management pro who can prioritize tasks and manage time like a boss, especially during peak seasons.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, thriving in changing environments and always ready to pivot when priorities shift.

  • Have a high school diploma, and a degree in business or a related field is a bonus.

Compensation:

  • $90,000-$200,000 (commission only)
