Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate and maintain our can/bottle line fillers and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform Packaging Functions: Perform packaging functions, including filling, capping, and labeling, to ensure accurate and timely production.
  • Conduct Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with production team members to ensure seamless production and meet production targets.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, ability to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs, and flexibility in working hours.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Brewery or beverage experience, forklift experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
