We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians in resolving service issues at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities- Use technical and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot and resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers.
- Work closely with Field Technicians to complete provisioning, device configuration, troubleshooting, and signal measurements to solve problems.
- Interface directly with customers to resolve their issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Act as a traffic controller for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.
- Working with a dynamic team to solve complex technical issues.
- Using the latest technology and tools to resolve customer issues.
- The fast-paced and challenging work environment.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- MS Office and computer literate.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
