Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team at Strike LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site facilities construction activities and supervising field personnel to ensure successful project completion on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise all pipeline facilities construction activities for maintenance, integrity, or new construction projects.
  • Direct field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship in compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Control jobsite expenditures for labor, equipment, material, and services, ensuring field operations are within budget.
  • Review internal and customer forecasts to determine additional pipeline construction or alteration requirements on pipeline systems and facilities.
  • Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process.
  • Develop a field workforce to ensure the project team is comprised of qualified and knowledgeable personnel, and ensure effective personnel utilization.
  • Maintain respectful and productive relationships with clients and their representatives.
  • Maintain an organized job site and administrative office.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of pipeline/facilities project management experience, including big pipe experience and turbine compressor station experience.
  • 10+ years in pipeline/facilities construction industry.
  • Experience scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and quality control on a pipeline facilities project.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position require the ability to endure frequent physical activity, work long days, and handle outdoor elements, including a variety of weather conditions.
