About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Architect to join our team in Alameda, California. As a Sr Developer SFDC/CRM, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows within our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the relationship with Global Sales, Services, and Marketing, utilizing proactive account management strategies and developing strong business relationships.
  • Lead technical design and architectural sessions within the functional areas of Customer Data Management, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Pricing, Orders, Cases, Contracts, Billing, and more.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Manage data migration and data cleansing from existing applications and spreadsheets into new CRM applications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/MIS or related field with 15+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of SaaS business applications experience, including robust hands-on experience in Marketing, CRM (Microsoft & or Salesforce), Master Data Management, CPQ, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Experience working with business and technology leaders to solve complex business and systems problems.
  • Strong technical and functional troubleshooting skills within CRM (either Microsoft and Salesforce, preferably both).
