Utility Engineer/Coordinator EIT

Halff is seeking a highly skilled Utility Engineer/Coordinator EIT to join our team in North Austin, TX. As a key member of our utility coordination team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient utility installations, relocations, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of utility systems, including electrical, water, sewer, gas, telecommunications, and other relevant infrastructure.
Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to facilitate collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Exercise problem-solving aptitude to address unexpected utility conflicts and challenges.
Provide attention to detail in reviewing utility plans and construction plans to identify potential issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or a related field.
Preferred 2+ years of experience in utility coordination, with a proven track record of successfully managing utility aspects of engineering projects.
Preferred licensed Engineer In Training (EIT) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
