About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
