Job Summary

We are seeking Per Diem Licensed Therapists (LMSW, LCSW, LPC-A, LPC) to join our team and provide individualized treatment at the most suitable level of care. As a Licensed Therapist at Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, you will play a key role in delivering treatment programs for substance abuse and dual diagnosis, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, and instructional programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a related field (Bilingual preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Behavioral Health setting (internship considered)
  • Key qualifications: great customer service, flexibility, team player, excellent communication and listening skills, detail-oriented
  • License Required: LCSW, LPC, or other Licensed Clinical Counseling Certification; Texas State Board Certification
