About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at BlueSprig. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism, focusing on behavioral skills and strategies
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for children with autism
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need for children with autism
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children with autism and their families
