About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
