Rubrik is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead and grow our cloud business.

This role requires an experienced, self-motivated Product Marketing professional who can define strategy in collaboration with leadership and execute cross-functionally to drive strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to align with executive vision, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and work closely with sales, product management, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and define a comprehensive product marketing strategy for our cloud business, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Craft compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience, emphasizing Rubrik's capabilities in cloud data security.
  • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, including product launches, sales enablement, and promotional campaigns, ensuring the successful market penetration of Rubrik's cloud solutions.
  • Produce a variety of marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and presentations to promote Rubrik's cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales enablement, product management, customer marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, demand gen, and other marketing teams, to align on objectives, share insights, and drive cohesive strategies.

Requirements:

  • MBA is a plus.
  • ~5+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting or marketing related discipline, with at least 2 years experience working in a product marketing or product management capacity.
  • ~ Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment.
  • ~ Knowledge about AWS/Azure/Google cloud solutions is highly desirable.
