About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Senior Caregiver to join our team at Senior Helpers. As a Senior Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients through conversation, hobbies, and activities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support clients with non-medical care needs, such as mobility assistance and household tasks

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds independently
  • Reliable transportation with valid, active insurance
  • Valid, active driver's license
  • Maintain negative TB Skin Test annually
  • Satisfactory Employment Background Screenings
  • Satisfactory Drug Screenings prior to employment and throughout employment
  • Appropriate license or designation to provide Personal Care services and ability to pass the skills assessment by the management/administrative team within 30 days of job offer
