Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our pool of per diem and contract nurses. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various rural hospitals throughout Washington, providing exceptional care to patients in MedSurg, Emergency Room, OB, Home Health, and Long Term Care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care, maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Complete immunization records.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare settings and shifts.
