Job Title: Client Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Representative to join our team at Summit Strive Consulting. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, fostering open lines of communication, and driving impactful contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated for their contributions
  • Conduct in-person brand presentations at local fundraisers, showcasing our organization's mission and impact
  • Manage daily schedules to ensure availability of necessary materials and meet training requirements
  • Resolve existing issues and devise solutions to prevent future concerns
  • Perform additional related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Eagerness to learn and take on challenges, with a strong work ethic and drive for success
  • A professional image and demeanor, with the ability to travel as required
