Senior Care Ambassador Opportunity

Always Best Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cover unstaffed shifts and provide immediate start of care with new clients
  • Define and update care plans for senior clients
  • Coach and develop caregivers to improve client success
  • Assist with agency tasks such as recruiting, schedule monitoring, and training
  • Conduct peer and caregiver performance evaluations
  • Client visits and observations
  • Assist with after-hours monitoring (pays extra)
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with seniors in a home setting
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Able to participate in additional training (online, in person)
  • Two references required
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
Work Hours:

Hours vary based on the needs of the business - Guaranteed 40 hours a week if available to work and shifts are not denied. When not covering a shift, office hours are 8:30 am - 5 pm M-F.
