Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. As a respected General Contractor, our company is involved in diverse construction initiatives, including ground-up, multifamily, commercial, and retail projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing intricate construction endeavors, particularly in Big Box Retail Construction. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to take a pivotal position in our dynamic, expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all stages of construction projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to achieve project goals.
3. Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
4. Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and necessary documentation.
5. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
8. Perform regular site inspections and coordinate necessary adjustments.
9. Address any issues or complaints arising during the construction process.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with a focus on ground-up commercial and retail projects, including Big Box Retail, Health Clubs, Restaurants, etc.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
4. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
