Key Responsibilities:
Electronic Component Control:
- Develop Source Control Drawings (SCDs) and evaluate supplier control documentation to ensure alignment with program specifications.
Inspection Data Analysis:
- Review incoming inspection data, including vendor/manufacturer QPL Certificates of Conformance and part-specific data packages.
Management of Discrepant Materials:
- Create and resolve Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs), collaborating with Engineering, Material Control, and Quality Assurance teams.
Data Management:
- Maintain and oversee electronic databases, including Product Lifecycle Management systems (PLM) and Access Database.
Coordination of Part Performance:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Material Control, and Quality Assurance to address part-related issues and performance requirements, including EEE parts selection, characterization, and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Component Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access Database, and Product Lifecycle Management systems.
