Job Description

As a Partner Sales Leader at Oracle, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with key industry players. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry solution sellers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative strategies to solve key industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish connections with industry solution sellers and work with partners to build innovative strategies and Oracle cloud-based solutions to solve key difficulties in the industry.
  • Engage with partner sellers and customers regularly through sales opportunities to deliver industry-relevant solutions aligned with our cloud account sellers.
  • Partner with account managers to align resources, drive pipeline campaigns, and convert partner pipeline to closed opportunities with the sales force.
  • Work closely with global account manager peers and regional peers to deliver global impact solutions where appropriate.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct experience in the Energy & Utilities Industry.
  • Strong experience in creating new partnerships and finding new opportunities between existing partners as a recurrent and renewable source of value.
  • Executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Drive for execution/results – ability to implement and deliver against business goals.
  • Clear and compelling ability to create new partnership activity based on mutual value creation for the customer and the partnership goals with a strong technical orientation towards solution building.
  • Strong leadership qualities, able to lead, develop, motivate, and empower cross-functional teams who contribute to the success of the company.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive salary range of $110,000 to $207,400 per annum.
  • Eligibility for equity and commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.
