Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and accelerating sales cycles for our top-tier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and other key stakeholders at our partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to our partners on cloud-based solutions and services.
  • Manage and grow a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technology-related sales, consulting partner management, or business development.
  • 5+ years of experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies.
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT leaders, and other lines of business.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of technology-related sales management and field operations experience with a software or cloud solutions vendor.
  • 7+ years of experience managing sales organizations with revenues of at least $200M+.
  • Experience working with global/enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of accelerating sales cycles and driving realized revenue.
