We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager II to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will be responsible for leading the nutrition programs and providing direction and training to the team to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical nutrition team and manage the nutrition programs to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the medical staff, nursing, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Supervise client dietitians and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
- Work closely with the food and nutrition management team to achieve patient satisfaction goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the medical, ancillary staff, administration, and represent Sodexo for the facility.
- Participate in performance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient satisfaction scores.
- Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
- At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
- 3 years as an experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners.
