Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clients.
- Continuously enhance your skills as an automotive service specialist across a diverse range of both domestic and international vehicles.
- Conduct thorough, precise, and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to address customer concerns promptly.
- Uphold and advocate for our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate efficiently with the service department regarding customer issues.
- Work in conjunction with fellow specialists to troubleshoot problems, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- A positive demeanor and a commitment to customer service.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service.
- Master L1 Technician or A-level Technician status preferred.
- ASE Certifications are preferred or a plan to obtain them.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Ability to meet or exceed a target of 40 hours of work weekly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career advancement.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Capability to work with tools on vehicles elevated above head height.
- Comfort working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Competent in navigating computer systems.
