About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at the Garcia Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with exceptional sales and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and technologies, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
