  • Strong financial and data acumen; ability to analyze and utilize to drive results
  • Creating employee engagement and building working relationships internally and externally
  • Managed, trained, and developed supervisors and associates through coaching, mentoring, and communicating
  • Motivation of others through effective communication while creating a positive, organized, and clean work environment with dedication to our team and customers
  • Solid organizational skills and decision-making skills as you manage changing priorities and stressful situations
  • Led and supported continuous improvement initiatives that improve customer care, reduces cost, improves service, capacity, and productivity
Education
  • 4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum Requirements
  • 7+ years operational and managerial experience
