We are seeking a skilled Busser to join our team at the Embassy Suites in Rockford, IL. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set tables appropriately and prepare table resets for your shift.
  • Complete daily side work, including stocking from the dishwasher, cleaning glasses, silverware, and dishes.
  • Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass, etc.
  • Stock bar and restaurant products.
  • Replenish water glasses and bottles for customers and servers.
  • Remove garbage from the server area, dry storage, and outside liquor room.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and accommodate accordingly.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Assist in running food to guests as needed.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Busser and/or Runner.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependability and regular attendance.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
