As a Busser/Runner on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
  • Set tables appropriately and/or prepare table resets for your shift.
  • Daily successful completion of opening, running and closing side work.
  • Stock from dishwasher clean glasses, silverware and dishes.
  • Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of glass, etc. Conduct spot sweeping and mopping of any dirty areas as needed.
  • Stock bar and restaurant products.
  • Replenish water glasses and bottles for customers and servers.
  • Garbage removal (server area, dry storage and outside liquor room).
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and accommodate accordingly.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Assist in running food to Guests as needed.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Other duties or tasks that may be assigned.
The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
  • Previous experience as a Busser and/or Runner.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependability and regular attendance.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
