The ADMS Infrastructure Support Consultant will provide critical IT support services for applications and systems that drive customer operations.
This role is responsible for supporting tool, application, and monitoring infrastructure for customer critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects while meeting critical deadlines

- Ensure configuration and change management processes are documented accurately
- Respond to all major incidents
- Create new server and system environments as needed
- Optimize system performance by monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling upgrades
- Secure mission critical systems by establishing policies and monitoring access
- Implement changes to stage, test, development, and production environments
- Ensure device logging is active and forwarding properly
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Local travel is required to support customer environments
- Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when required
Required Qualifications:
- RHEL knowledge
- VMWare knowledge
- Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019 knowledge
- Baseline tools experience (e.g. Tripwire Enterprise, Tanium)
- Logging tools experience (e.g. Snare, Tripwire Log center)
- Vulnerability toolsets experience (e.g. FireEye, Nessus, Tripwire IP360)
- Operating System and Application vulnerability patching tool experience (e.g. WSUS, IBM Big Fix)
- System backup tool experience (e.g. Net Vault)
- Multi factor tool experience (e.g. RSA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eight plus years of experience in supporting Linux and Windows operation systems, Networking systems, Telecommunications, Telemetry, Satellite or Optel Networks
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science or other technical discipline from an accredited school
Good Understanding of:
- Networking technologies (CCNP/CCNA level)
- Dynamic routing (EIGRP/BGP/OSPF)
- Cisco L2/L3 switches
- Checkpoint Firewalls
- Cisco Routers
- Cisco FirePower IDS/IPS
- Cisco Client
- DMVPN
- Zscaler
- Network Encryption and VPN technologies
