Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Operations Manager to join our team, focused on managing Compute IP products with a background in Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem IPs, or GPU IPs. As a Product Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the operations strategy for our IP products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of world-class Accelerated Compute IP solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy for Accelerated Compute IP products.
  • Engage closely with product management, program management, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development.
  • Contribute to defining product metrics and tracking them for the IP business unit to achieve company goals and maximize ROI.
  • Track and report progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop procedures and processes for operations management and execution of multiple programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in operations or program management roles, specifically with IP products and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem, or GPU IPs and relevant AI technologies used in Inference and Training applications.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, Compute and Accelerator IP market dynamics, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing complex IP products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Extensive working knowledge of program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.

Tenstorrent offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits, and we are an equal opportunity employer. Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k, including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background, and location all impact the actual offer made.
