Position Summary: We are currently seeking a qualified NEPA specialist to assume a leadership role within our project management team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS).
  • Ensure compliance with NEPA regulations for federal projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple project components effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong writing and communication skills in project documentation.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and estimations of project tasks.
  • Maintain proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and SharePoint.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in EA and EIS development.
  • In-depth understanding of NEPA regulations and their application.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environmental programs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • US citizenship is required, along with the ability to pass DoD security clearances.

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience, with additional bonuses available for outstanding performance. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
