Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team at Adams Group. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and maintaining high standards of quality and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project specifications and agreements.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits, inspect work in progress, and ensure that installations meet Adams Group standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address project-related challenges promptly, and negotiate and/or confirm change orders as needed.
  • Logistics: Coordinate logistics with install subcontractors, convey essential information about jobsite requirements, and ensure adequate preparation time.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update internal and customer's external punchlist reports, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date status of each item.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Degree or GED, and proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar construction management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects or controls, talk and hear, reach, bend, and stoop, and lift over 50 pounds.
Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment, and the team member is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
