Job Description: Regional Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our business in the regional market. Your expertise in energy sales will enable you to navigate complex market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $115,000 per year, plus residuals based on performance. If you have 7-10 years of experience in energy sales, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply. Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Mentor and guide sales team members to improve their performance
  • Collaborate with operations and executive teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
  • Energy and/or renewable certifications an added plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in energy sales and account management
