Administrative Coordinator for Construction Firm

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS). This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment and have strong administrative skills.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to our company's success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including test reports and invoices, to ensure timely payment and efficient operations.
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections, following up on outstanding payments and providing updates to clients.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and team members, promoting a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Requirements for Success:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
