Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of interior and exterior entrances, including snow removal and removal of hazardous conditions.
- Complete work orders in an efficient and proficient manner.
- Work harmoniously with staff and clients in accordance with Comunilife principles and guidelines.
- Assist in fire safety and evacuation drills, procedures, and training.
- Alert supervisors to any unusual occurrences or violations of rules and regulations.
- Perform cleaning duties, including care of floors, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs, including painting, patching, and sheet rocking, light plumbing, light electrical work, and general carpentry.
- Monitor and maintain heating and air conditioning systems, including logging and reporting problems and potential issues.
- Move and relocate furniture, computers, and office supplies as needed.
- Take inventory of janitorial supplies and ensure replacement.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of maintenance experience.
- Ability to demonstrate good skills in general maintenance, including cleaning, tiling, plumbing, heating, electrical, etc.
- Driver's License required for some locations.
