Job Summary

Amtraco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their surface finishing needs
  • Articulate the value proposition of Amtraco's surface finishing solutions to customers
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
