Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell our tried-and-tested shotcrete and mortar machines to construction companies, contractors, and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the construction sector.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Highlight the benefits and features of shotcrete and mortar machines.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide technical assistance and training to clients on machine operation and maintenance.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes and close sales effectively.
- Gather and report feedback from clients to improve product offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in shotcrete and mortar machines.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with internals and externals.
- Strong sales acumen and customer focus.
- Self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mentality.
- High willingness to travel.
- Spanish is a plus.
