We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electrical Sales Counter Associate to join our team at Carolinas Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Sales Counter Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and handle customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
