What is the opportunity?
In this full-time position, you will be part of a dynamic and engaging environment that prioritizes client satisfaction. Our Service Specialists are dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that yield superior outcomes for our clients and branch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle a significant volume of incoming phone calls and written inquiries from clients and branch teams.
2. Collaborate closely with trainers, coaches, and team leaders to enhance your skills and knowledge.
3. Provide outstanding service and strive for single-call resolution for our clients and branch teams.
4. Continuously expand your expertise on assigned topics to better assist clients.
Work Environment:
Our contact centers operate Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST, to meet the needs of our clients across North America. Shift times will be determined based on departmental requirements.
What to expect:
In this role, you will:
- Engage with clients and branch teams to provide timely answers and support.
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and growth.
- Maintain a distraction-free workspace if working remotely to ensure client information security.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is competitive and based on national data, taking into account skills, experience, and education.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer or client support role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Zoom is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A completed bachelor's degree and prior experience in the financial services industry are advantageous.
