Tempus Unlimited Inc., a nonprofit organization, provides community-based services to support individuals with disabilities in living as independently as possible.

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Visit Verification Issues Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our Personal Care Management Service, you will focus on functional skills training and EVV support in the community and over the phone.

The successful candidate will provide in-person services, ensuring all EVV support or issue-focused skills trainings are completed according to due dates. This role requires collaboration with consumers, surrogates, and PCM management to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and ongoing support for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
  • Maintain compliance with EVV use by monitoring and reporting any issues
  • Deliver issue-focused EVV functional skills training within 3 business days of a request from a consumer, surrogate, or PCM management
  • Collaborate with consumers and surrogates on creating/obtaining emails
  • Provide information on EVV devices, vouchers, and exemptions
  • Address specific issues related to PCA management, including overutilization, underutilization, bill while inpatient, late timesheets, overtime requests, and submission

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience providing services for individuals with disabilities
  • Knowledge of PCA programs required
  • Experience or education in skills training essential
  • Bilingual skills beneficial
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook and database navigation

This is a hourly paid position with a competitive rate of $22.00 per hour. Travel is required, and a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary for this role.
