We are seeking an Electronic Visit Verification Specialist Trainer to join our team in Boston, MA.

This is a hourly position with a hiring rate of $22.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will provide training and support for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) users, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing EVV training and ongoing support to users
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with the PCM management team to ensure quality services
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to agency policies and procedures

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of three years' experience providing services to individuals with disabilities
  • Knowledge of PCA programs and regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate databases

Travel is required for this position, and a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary.
