Land Acquisition Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition Analyst to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, preparing, and analyzing market studies and reports to support our land acquisition efforts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis to support land acquisition decisions
- Prepare and analyze market studies and reports to identify potential land acquisition opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and reports to support land acquisition and development decisions
- Collaborate with the land transaction manager to ensure seamless execution of land acquisition transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including landowners, brokers, and other industry professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
