Design Systems and Accessibility Director

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a cohesive design language across multiple products and platforms.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders in Product and Engineering to drive design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Lead a team of designers in creating and upholding high standards for design excellence and accessibility.
  4. Communicate design instructions and repeatable patterns to other designers and stakeholders.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in design delivery.


Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of experience in the design industry, with 3+ years in a product-led organization.
  2. 5+ years of providing design direction and mentoring to junior colleagues in a leadership role.
  3. 3+ years of leading a design systems and design operations team.
  4. Strong visual aesthetic and design point of view, with a rich portfolio.
  5. Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously with cross-disciplined teams.
  6. Knowledge of Figma, JIRA, and project management tools.
