Our engineers understand that each project requires knowledge of intricate construction processes to skillfully blend technical expertise with the experience of our multidisciplinary professional team.

The Role
We are currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer for our Dallas, TX office. The individual will be responsible for designing mechanical systems for highly integrated facilities, performing load calculations, static pressure calculations, pump head calculations, energy analysis, and developing mechanical specifications, AutoCAD, and 3D BIM modeling of systems, mechanical equipment schedules, etc. The applicant will be expected to work independently with minor guidance on small projects or assist more senior engineers on larger projects. Position may include field investigation and mechanical inspection for projects.

Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, PE required, high verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and a valid Texas Driver's License. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with HVAC-related emphasis, minimum 5 years of experience with mechanical system design for healthcare, education, science, and technology, and federal, experience in HVAC and plumbing system design, and mechanical system design experience for water/waste water experience is a bonus.
