Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $165,000, with a midpoint of $115,000. New hires typically start between the minimum and midpoint, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and market factors.

Key Responsibilities:
The Security Operations Manager will:
- Supervise and coordinate security operations, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
- Manage budgets and oversee procurement processes for security-related tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to enhance security measures.
- Review and update security plans, ensuring they are current and effective.
- Conduct training programs for staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Security Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with five years of experience in security operations, preferably in a transit environment.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of security operations and best practices.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to security.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis and report preparation.
